The cost of a translation is usually calculated on a per-word basis and most NAATI-certified translations of personal documents (eg. birth certificate, police clearance) are priced per page.
The pricing will vary according to the following factors:
- subject matter
- complexity / technicality
- number of words
- urgency
- formatting.
Proofreading and editing work will be charged per hour.
I offer special discounts if you have a large volume of words or more than one document to be translated and upfront payments may be requested for large projects.
